My name is Ashley Norton, I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 10+ years. I offer personalized massage treatments that support pain relief, stress reduction, and overall nervous system health. My approach integrates osteopathic techniques with evidence-based massage therapy to meet each client’s individual needs.
I provide therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, and prenatal massage, and work with children aged 10 and older. Whether you’re managing chronic tension, recovering from injury, or looking for ongoing care, treatments are tailored to support your body and lifestyle.

Ashley is the owner of Silver Lining Therapeutics.
She received her diploma in 2015 at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. Shortly after graduating she moved out to the Salmo Valley to soak up all the awesomeness the Kootenays have to offer, serving the area for 7 years. She recently moved to Golden and is excited to be integrating into this active and exciting community.
Ashley graduated with her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2021. This is a type 2 osteopathic program not as in-depth as the 4 year program. Treatments blend Massage Therapy with Manual Osteopathic techniques, each treatment is unique to you, offering therapeutic relaxation, deep tissue specific work, fascial release work, muscle energy techniques for better joint health, lymphatic drainage, visceral and craniosacral therapy or a combination of the above based on what you’re comfortable with and what your body needs.
When she is not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter Silver, her family and friends. She enjoys studying all things holistic health, she is a certified yoga instructor, she likes snowboarding, hiking, herbalism, gardening and travelling.
