Ashley is the owner of Silver Lining Therapeutics. She received her diploma in 2015 at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. Shortly after graduating she moved out to the Salmo Valley to soak up all the awesomeness the Kootenays have to offer. She became board certified with the College of Massage Therapists of Bristish Columbia ( CMTBC ) in 2018.

Ashley graduated with her Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy in 2021 which focuses on whole-body balance. Osteopathy is made up of 5 pillars including osteoarticulations, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and visceral (organ) manipulation. Manual Osteopathy addresses more than the musculoskeletal system to promote whole body system’s health.

Ashley has worked in many multidisciplinary clinics, spas as well as mobile therapy. She has worked along side fellow Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Physicians, Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Podiatrists and Reflexologists in her years of practice.

When she is not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter Silver, her family and friends. She enjoys studying all things holistic health, she is a certified yoga instructor, she likes snowboarding, hiking, gardening and travelling.
