Ashley is the owner of Silver Lining Therapeutics.
She received her diploma in 2015 at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. Shortly after graduating she moved out to the Salmo Valley to soak up all the awesomeness the Kootenays have to offer. She has spent the last 3 years in BC and became board certified with the College of Massage Therapists of Bristish Columbia ( CMTBC ) in 2018.
Currently, Ashley is finishing up her Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy which focuses on whole-body balance. Osteopathy is made up of 5 pillars including osteoarticulations, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage and visceral (organ) manipulation. Manual Osteopathy addresses more than the musculoskeletal system to promote whole body system’s health.
She graduates in October 2021 and will be offering this therapy shortly after.
Ashley has worked in many multidisciplinary clinics, spas as well as mobile therapy. She has worked along side fellow Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Physicians, Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Podiatrists and Reflexologists in her years of practice.
Ashley is trained to treat a wide variety of conditions. She is trained in Swedish Relaxation, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Orthopaedic Sport Massage and Craniosacral Therapy.
When she is not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter Silver, her family and friends. She enjoys studying all things holistic health, she is a certified yoga instructor, she likes snowboarding, hiking, and camping.
